My father was a chef in Westerly for 30 years and my family still works in many of the kitchens in town. My husband and I tried it for lunch on a Monday morning and left disappointed. We’re both restaurant rats; so we get it. Trust me, we do. However, I feel as if I do need to comment on our experience. Sandwiches were cold, very cold, we weren’t charged correctly, we got the wrong order of churros and we were the only ones in there. My husband and I were leaving to head back to Maryland after visiting our Mom and saw this place and wanted to try it when we came back. So we’re back and today we went to get some food to bring back for our Mom. The pepper Jack breakfast sandwich on a brioche and the all American sandwich on a waffle sandwich were amazing! We ended up ordering two more sandwiches to go and the owner gave us a complimentary order of churros while we waited. And we also ordered the 3 amigos churros. One with apple pie filling, one with cannoli and the other with Dulce de leche. WOW! Sooo good!! We will definitely be back! Maybe later today LOL. We ordered the pulled chicken sandwich, buffalo chicken sandwich, salted caramel shake, an oreo shake, and two churros (my first ever!).
